MIAA Takes NYC!

PAYMENT FORM: MIAA BEAUTY INSITITUTE ONE DAY FIELD TRIP

MIAA Beauty Institute will be going to the International Beauty Show & International Esthetics, Cosmetics & Spa Conference, in New York City on March 25, 2025. This opportunity is designed for aspiring beauty professionals. This one-day experience is packed with educational sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and valuable networking opportunities. All students will have full access to both the International Beauty Show (IBS) and the International Esthetics, Cosmetics & Spa Show (IECSC).

Payment Due: February 28, 2025

Trip Cost: $80.00 (includes transportation and conference entry only)

Transportation: We shall depart from MIAA Beauty Institute sharply at 5:00am on Tuesday, March 25. Drive time to New York is approximately 4 hours. The conference is from 10:00am until 3:30pm. We shall depart New York at approximately 5:30pm and return to MIAA Beauty Institute at approximately 10:00pm. Please note that times may shift depending on conference schedules, traffic, and other unexpected delays.

Please take a moment to note the following:

Transportation Schedule: Departure from MIAA: 5:00 AM sharp (no grace period). Departure from New York: Approximately 5:30 PM (no grace period). If a student arrives late and misses the provided transportation, they are responsible for securing their own transportation to and/or from the event.
Attendance & Credit Hours: This trip is optional, but students who attend will receive credit for all hours spent at the conference. Attendance will be tracked, and students must check in with a MIAA staff member upon arrival and departure.
Payments & Refund Policy: All payments for the trip are non-refundable, for any reason outside of trip cancellation by MIAA or event cancellation by the event organizer. Refunds will not be provided for any other reason, including missing transportation. Payment must be submitted by 2/28/25 to secure a spot.
Responsibility & Liability: MIAA Beauty Institute is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip. Students are attending the conference at their own will and risk.
MIAA Beauty Institute is providing transportation only. Any activities outside of the conference or separate from the group are the sole responsibility of the student.
Conduct & Professionalism: Students must adhere to all conference rules and conduct policies while representing MIAA Beauty Institute.
Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully while attending the conference. Any behavior that reflects negatively on MIAA Beauty Institute or disrupts the experience for others may result in termination of enrollment at MIAA.
