Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing MIAA Beauty Institute for your beauty services. Please review our booking policy before scheduling your appointment: Educational Environment All services are performed by students in training and are closely supervised by licensed instructors. Because this is a learning environment, service times may be longer than in a traditional salon or spa. We appreciate your patience and support as our students gain real-world experience. Quality & Results While we strive to provide high-quality services, results may vary due to the training nature of our programs. Services are non-refundable once rendered. Health & Safety Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to receiving services. We reserve the right to decline a service if it is deemed unsafe or outside of the student’s scope of training. Booking & Cancellations All appointments must be booked online or by phone. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in shortened services or the need to reschedule. Children & Guests Only clients receiving services are permitted in the service area. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult unless they are receiving services. Payment Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept gratuities by card and cash. Liability Waiver By booking a service at MIAA Beauty Institute, you acknowledge that: You are receiving services from students in a training environment. The institute, instructors, and students are not liable for dissatisfaction with services or minor adverse outcomes inherent to a learning process. You release MIAA Beauty Institute from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your service experience.
