Books, Kits, and materials:

Regarding purchasing supplies, books, and educational materials, we honor our students' freedom of choice at our institute. While we provide a convenient avenue for acquiring these items, students are not required to purchase exclusively through the academy. You may opt to procure these materials from any vendor or platform that meets the specifications outlined in your course materials.

Supplies and Materials Disclaimer

The student kit contains essential tools and supplies aligned with the instructional needs of the program. Many of the items in this kit are intended for continued use during your training and may also be used to prepare for the state board exams. SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS: Please note that scholarships do not cover the cost of supplies or materials that are not defined within the curriculum. Additionally, they do not cover replacement items if a student loses, damages, or depletes items due to personal use outside the classroom setting.

While most exam-related materials are already included in the student kit, please be aware that a few minimal additional items may be required for state board testing, which the student will be responsible for purchasing independently.

Scholarship Agreement

In accepting a scholarship at MIAA Beauty Institute, I agree to fully commit to the standards, expectations, and conditions outlined below:

1. Attendance & Punctuality: I agree to maintain 100% attendance and arrive on time for all scheduled classes. Absences of any kind are not permitted under this scholarship.

2. Academic Performance: I understand that I must maintain a minimum grade average of 80% throughout the duration of the program. I agree to complete all assignments and evaluations on time.

3. Conduct & Participation: I will abide by all school rules, policies, and codes of conduct at all times. Poor behavior, disruptive conduct, or lack of professionalism will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal. I understand that 100% participation is required in all class activities, assignments, and practical work.

4. Enrollment Commitment: I acknowledge that this is a full-time program, and I must be fully available for the required schedule. I confirm that I do not have any known personal, work, or family-related conflicts that would prevent me from completing the program on schedule. I agree to begin the program on the assigned start date, and I understand that this start date is non-negotiable.

5. Events & School Activities: I agree to attend and fully participate in all mandatory events, including but not limited to the AAIM Beauty Innovators Summit and any scheduled school showcases or public-facing engagements.

6. Media Release: As a scholarship recipient, I agree to be featured in promotional efforts by MIAA Beauty Institute. This includes participation in photography, video, testimonials, and other forms of media. I agree to sign and abide by the school’s official media release form.

7. Consequences for Non-Compliance: I understand that failure to meet any of the above requirements may result in immediate removal from the scholarship program, withdrawal from the institution, and forfeiture of any future eligibility for funding.
